I am trying to generate a Paypal Certification password following the below link,
https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/apicertificates
However, it looks like I need to download and install OpenSSL first, do I need to do so? Where can I download OpenSSL?
