I'm new in this product. I'm going to test your intertesting DotShoppingCart OpenSource ed.

I would like to know if is possible to have only a list of products (without images...) to be sold...   and if there is any way to exclude the online Payement.

What I need is something like:

•  a list of product with the possibility to buy it
• an order list that will be sent to: 1 to customer and 1 to me

Yes, you can create products without images. To exclude the online payment, you need to enable offline payment module, which is only available on our DotShoppingCart Suite. You configure the software to send the order confirmation email to customer and to any number of other emails.
