With the Open Source v2 edition, is there an easy way to debug the providers in Visual Studio (e.g. 2nd instance)?. Breakpoints never seem to be hit - because of the nature of the way providers are created?
Solved - I had not set up the site properly, i.e. did not create a tax region, so the relevant provider did not fire.
