Discounts by Category or Product within Role
I would like to offer:
1) discount by quantity for category by role
2) discount by quantity for product by role
3) discount by total value of order by role
2 would override 1 but 3 could be in addition.
Does v4 offer any of these?

#3 is supported since V3. #2 is supported in V4 but it's defined in product level not role based. #1 is not supported.
