I notice, I can change the cost of the shipping when editing an order to a different shipping method, however, It will not save a new shipping method, As an example, If I delete the part where it says UPS Next Day Air, and then instead type in UPS Ground, after having the cart re-total the order amount, the amount changes but it still will show the "UPS Next Day Air" as the shipping method on the order receipt and shipping receipts sent to the customer.
