Email Notifications
Hi Luke
 
I have set up an email address for me to receive a copy of order confirmations but I dont receive any emails from the site nor do the users registered on the site. Please assist

I don't think you will receive user registeration emails. If you set up the order confirmation email according to the online help, you might want to check 1) spam folder 2) do you receive any email at all?

I have configured mail notifications as per the instruction on the online help.Ive also sent a test email to my dotarrow based mail box and received it.

Could you please confirm if the user received the email? I want to make sure if email gets sent at all?

 Ive just made a "dummy" order on a test account I created that uses one of my private e-mail addresses and I havent received any notifications yet. this is for offline payment processing in case that makes any difference in the notification procedure

The windows service "ComOrderpipeline" has a status of "started" and a startup type of "Automatic (Delayed Start)"

Looks like you changed the database name. Please update the connection string in C:\DSC\Install\OrderPipeline\DotShoppingCart.Commercial.OrderPipelineService.exe.config as well.
