FCK Editor moves off page in Page Editor mode in V2 using IE

Applied Posts: 93 Joined: 9/18/2009	Hi, if I edit an HTML block, AND the page I am editing is partially vertically scrolled, then in IE8, if I try to move or widen the editor popup. the whole dialog moves down by the amount of the vertical scoll offset. This makes it difficult to edit block at the bottom of a page. Is there an easy way to fix this?
