Bulk Import
I have been looking around my software for this feature. I am not sure if my version has it or not. I believe I have version 2.54, but I don't see anyway to download version 2.6. How do I upgrade my software to get this feature?

The next major release is V3. The release date is by the end of year. You can get Bulk Import feature then.
The V2.6 was a minor release which we always push to our
on-demand service
.

I spend $995 for software and I don't have access to version 2.6, but your subscription service does. What?

It's all about the maintenance and cost. We cannot publish every single release to DotShoppingCart Suite. Only the major releases get published. You don't have the access to 2.6 now but you will have access to 3.0 in 30 days.
