Solution not compiling

shampoo72 Posts: 6 Joined: 1/14/2013	I'm getting following error in win server 2008 r2 and win xp pro. Boyh have 3.5 framework. C:\Users\xxx\Desktop\DotnetShoppingCart\Web\web.config(142): error ASPCONFIG: Unrecognized attribute 'targetFramework'. Note that attribute names are case-sensitive.

	Please follow the installation doc. You need netfx 4.0. DotShoppingCart Staff

Also this is the error in VS2010
