Windows 2003 Server Prerequisite -- Why?

Hey Luke,

I believe I read somewhere that Win 2003 Server is a prerequisite because DSC requires IIS 6.0 because of some functionality that exists that is dependent upon IIS 6.0 features.  Is that right?

If that is the case, it might be good to put a note in the readme.txt file so people know why it is listed as a dependency (and/or what functionality won't work).  I suspect that some devs working on home computers might be running XP and would assume (perhaps despite the prerequisite warning) that all will work fine on IIS 5.1.

Good suggestion. I know IIS 5.1 won't work fully but I don't know which part of features are broken in IIS 5.1. For developer enviroment you could use Visual Studio and its native web server on XP or Vista. It should run just fine. I will update the readme.txt.
