	Hey Luke Is there a way to create a new role (sales rep). This person would log in and will have a page where he can select the customer for whom he wants to place the order for, and then submit the order? Thanks -Divyanshu DotShoppingCart Staff

	How is it different from the sales rep logs in and place an order by filling its customer's billing and shipping information? DotShoppingCart Staff

ghashem Posts: 9 Joined: 4/12/2009	Hey Luke, The sales rep that D is talking about is our company's employee. SO the sales rep would login and check on their accounts (customers) transactions. Maybe down the road we would allow them to help them enter orders for their customers.

	Are you talking about placing order on behalf of the end customers? The end customers can log in and view their transactions, right? If so, you can do it now. Just impersonate the end user and place the order. Check the below screenshot. DotShoppingCart Staff
