How Can I activate Site Metrics, currently nothing is shown.

Make sure you have done Step 2 "Register WCF service on IIS" described in
the online help about installation
. If you have SSL enabled, you need to set WCF configurations accordingly in web.config. Turn off the first line and then turn on the yellow background line.

Is it possible to move this part (site metrics to a standalone page or portal for internal use.
So the viewers do not need to login as admin to view it.

It's already in Admin -> Report > Site Metrics. Feel free to customize it any way you want.
