These are just the Data and UI Views, Adding a new field requires adding to Business View too, That means User Object in Core Component. and also UserEdit in admin section.
I have to touch the Core Component to address the field by DSC.User.....
The solution is that If DCS could provide some ( five) additional fields on the Optional Tab of user account and let the admin Activate, name and enable them.
