bansal_db Posts: 181 Joined: 4/13/2009 website	Hey Luke, We want our call center guys to take orders on the site over phone. What would be the best way to enable them to place order for the customer on the site? I know there is a switch button which we can use but I dont want to lose the session for the CSR who is logged in. Can point me in right direction please? Thanks -D

	There are a couple of workarounds. One is to use another browser e.g. IE for CSR, FireFox for user switch and place order on their behalf. Another way is to create order in your own account but setting customer in the billing/shipping address. DotShoppingCart Staff
