Invoice.aspx all data are center justified

On Print Invoice : Store/ Invoice.aspx
 
Bill To and Ship To data elements are all center justified which is weired and not readable.
 
In the package all should be Left Justified. How can they be changed with minimal effort.

 It is partially right on DSC site. May be out of box 4.0 did not have all fixes.
 
But this is not the only problem. These are issues with Order and Order Detail :
 
1- Texts and captions are centered  -> must be Left Justified
2- Numbers are Left -> must be right Justified
3- The Titles Backgrounds ( Shipto, Bill To,... ) are Black on the OrderDetail.aspx 
 
Now my questions is How can I change Order detail grid Alignments and How can I change Captions background colur
