Domain and Smtp Server change
Hi Luke,

We had a Server migration. Our DNS has been changed from Windows NT to Server 2008 and SMTP server name also changed.

These does not affect Store Server itself but I changed web.confog and OrderPipeline config files and changed the name of SMTP server. and restarted anything.

But on  Orders we got this message:

failed due to Mailbox unavailable. Server response was 5.7.1 Unable to relay.

It seems the Status can not be passed to paypal.

Does all old email accounts need to be in the new exchange server too.

Thanks,

Re: Domain and Smtp Server change
It seems that sender is not in the exchange server. Anyway you should go to Exchange server forums to ask question.

Re: Domain and Smtp Server change
1- Does the emails admin should be the same email as paypal account.

2- Does the smtp service on Store hosted server needs to be deined by smtp server name or just the DSC config files are enough.

Re: Domain and Smtp Server change
I meant do I have to define smtp server name on IIS explicitly or what is in the config files are OK.
