My store is used DotShoppingCart free Open Source Edition.

I visite my website "<a onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)" href="http://www.dashshopping.com/" target="_blank">www.dashshopping.com" at china.

but,open the homepage very slowly every time.

Therefore, I would like to ask the Reason to this problem?

web host or SQL Server Database? or the Code?

     My website web server machine  Provided by WWW.Discountasp.com. And The web host $90/yr,Sql Server2005 database 10/month

It looks like both web server and sql server are using the shared servers which mean they cannot guarantee the hardware resource.
