I've added a subscribe box to my page.  Where can I see the list email addresses that have been subscribed?

ugh - I think i'm going blind!  I don't see 'email campaign' underneath the promotions section.

Sorry Luke - I'm not seeing this anywhere in the admin pages.  Is this something you're planning on adding, or am I just completely missing it?

It's not exposed in the admin page. Try registering a new account on your site. You will see the drop down list having your desired list.

:) - I do see the list of 'where did you hear from us' and see the changes that you've made - but I'm not seeing where I can set up an e-mail campaign.

Ah, email compaign is part of the Enterprise Web Store feature. You can see the feature difference from here. Let me know if you wish to upgrade.
