I fixed this and we have this problem on V3.
You need to fix permissions on ..DSC\Dynamic or provide in your Documentation
\Web\Images\dsc\Dynamic\bar___10_37__#F0F0F0___#C5C5C5__True_20_Arial_10_1_.jpg' is denied.
