Automating Customer Messaging in Order Failure
Hi Luke,
 
We want to send an automatic messgae (we define an email template) to the customer in case of an
Order Payment Failure for any reason :
Credit Card rejection or expiry ....
 
This is a message we got for an Order in Admin section :
 
LongMessage: This transaction cannot be processed. ShortMessage: Processor Decline ErrorCode: 15005
 
The customer does not get any message, but we want our message sent to him/her, once such error raised.

V4 has already this feature implemented.
