order status
<img alt="" src="file:///C:/DOCUME1/DAVIDA1/LOCALS1/Temp/moz-screenshot.png" />I have notice now that when going through the order when we get to (awaiting gift certificate code generation) that the order processor stops. We have to go up and manually select shipped from the dropdown menu.

When we select shipped we are not getting the order complete emails sent automatically.

The only way we got the email to send was to go back and hit (sending order complete email)

Do you know why this is?

Re: order status
Most order steps are automated such as sending emails, authoring & capturing credit card etc. There are two manually steps, "Gathering Items From Inventory" and "Awaiting Shipment". When you package the order, you use "Confirm Stock" button under Actions section to push to the next step. It will then capture the credit card and then go to "Awaiting Shipment" state. You print the shipping label and add the shipping tracking# and then use "Confirm Shipment" button to push it to the next step. It will then send order completion email and mark the status to shipped.

You don't manually mark the order to any status from the dropdown menu. Please take a look at the order processing video.
