Quantity field Problems
 
Hi Luke,
 
It is still V4 and DSC have these propblems on Quantity Selector :
 
 1- Quantity combo box is too small to show two digits.
 2- (Choose from Option ....... ) is irrevelant text ( no option is there
 3- Problems with Quantities more tham 31, i.e How someone can purchase 31 or more of a product in one click and not by repeating the continue shopping action.

You can enable page editor and increase the max quantity. Again every store is different. DotShoppingCart is not going to address everyone's need out of box. The goal is to address the majority of common needs. Store owner is free to customize anyway he wants.

 These items are obvious visual problems or defects for every store.
The field is too small to show two digits of its own value. This needs just an edit of the textbox  on the product, before going out.
Any store can sell a product Quantity from 1 , 1000 or even more.

 How in page editor I can increase MAX Quantity? Do you mean in code?

Hi Luke,
 
It seems DSC is addressing the need of specific customer by limiting Quantity to 30.
Some of our customers need to buy some items in quantities of 100 and larger.
Generally Quantity should be a 3 digit field (Max 999). Just look at every online store, Famous or non-famous , from Apple and Dell down to ordinary stores.
Quantity is a field of three digits.
It is like limiting item fee to 1,000$ in the DSC Package and ask them to change the Max fee in the code to what ever they like.
