Thanks Lukezy... I've already watched the Introduction Tutorial Videos, and Installed DotShoppingCart using WebInstaller, Everything went smooth and installed successfully.
But what I want to do is change th layout of home page, change the way it appears.
currently I've downloaded the Source code from CodePlex and trying to make changes into it and redoly to my local server > that's the plan as of now.
