Login Menu
1 - My Login Menu is not horizontal, that means the items are vertically displayed. I can not place the Login Menu Box on Top Right Corner of the Master page either.
2 - How can I set The font attributes of Main Menu , Search Box and Login Menu. Do I need Core Components.

You can use "Advanced" menu for the top master containter block and edit the html there. The DSC is not limited by page editor but by your html & css knowledge. For example, suppose your login menu block is %%431%%, you can use <div style="position: absolute;top: 10px;right: 10px;">%%431%%</div> to place the login menu to the top right corner of the page.
 
DotShoppingCart themes are the native ASP.NET themes. You can change the css style in Defaulf.css file. Check this thread for some detail.
